This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on macrowa.com and on the MacroWA dashboard at dash.macrowa.com. It is run by Sitehandy Solutions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data more generally.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Websites can also save information in your browser’s local storage, which works in a similar way. In this policy, “cookies” covers both.
We group cookies into three categories: strictly necessary, analytics and marketing. Only strictly necessary cookies are used without your consent.
2. Strictly necessary
These are needed for the website and dashboard to work. They cannot be turned off.
On this website. We save three choices in your own browser: your theme (light or dark), your language (English or Bahasa Melayu) and your cookie choice. They are not used to track you.
On the dashboard. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a protection token (CSRF) to stop other websites from sending requests in your name. We also use Google reCAPTCHA on sign-in to stop automated attempts. Google processes data from your browser to tell people from bots.
3. Analytics (optional)
If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. It tells us how visitors use this website, such as which pages they view and how they arrived. We use this to improve the website.
4. Marketing (optional)
If you accept marketing, we load the Meta Pixel. It helps us measure our advertising on Meta’s platforms and show our ads to people who may be interested.

6. How consent works
When you first visit this website, a cookie banner asks for your choice. Analytics and marketing stay off until you accept the matching category. If you reject them, or close the banner without choosing, they are not loaded.
We use Google Consent Mode v2. All consent settings start as denied, and Google tags follow the choice you make in the banner.
7. Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop loading analytics and marketing tools. To remove cookies that were already set, clear them in your browser settings.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the dashboard sign-in will not work.
8. Third parties
Google and Meta handle the data their tools collect under their own privacy policies. We only load their analytics and marketing tools if you accept them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we add or remove a tool. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
10. Language
This policy is available in English and Bahasa Melayu. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
